WHAT DOES THIS DAY LOOK LIKE?
Together, we construct and arrange your Business Heart Core Story. The process is intensive, creative, intuitive and rather elegant. It also requires focus and a couple of hours without peering at smartphones or laptops. This is what you can expect:
We start with an interview.
I ask you questions, and simultaeously, you’ll witness something odd with paper cards. No woo-woo, just part of the creative process. Some questions are easy to answer, others might be a bit more challenging. Don’t worry about having the exact correct answer to the questions. Loopholes will be caught during the optimization phase. The interview usually takes about 70 to 80 minutes. We take a short break after this.
Intensive creative session.
This session usually takes about 90 to 120 minutes. We gather all the ingredients we unraveled during the interview. This is the most intuitive way of constructing an integral and resonating story, containing all the elements we discovered. This part of the process usually requires the most focus, and it is also the part in which we get amazing clarity (and joy!) about the core of the story and about your further opportunities. In short, it’s an exciting combination of treasure hunting and story constructing at the same time. We take another short break after this.
We review the core story.
We check whether the core and all the ingredients are congruent with your views, values and aspirations. The finetuning starts. We check if elements could be formulated in a way that resonates with you and your business. We check if any important parts are missing. Subsequently, we determine the exact order of elements and make an audio recording of the story.
We optimize the recording and design Your Heart Core Story.
We type in the whole recording, and design it in an attractive article look & feel. You take this document with you, share it with your collegues, you read it a couple of times in the following days. Usually, there are minor changes necessary. You have total freedom to revise details of the story, if needed. I keep a copy of your story for future reference, in case you’d like to return to the original story (it wouldn’t be the first time this happens!).
